Kingdom Leader Lab

In 2017 Galen was blessed to meet Terry Shock at a conference both were speaking at in Katy Texas. That was the beginning of a wonderful relationship and led to the eventual development of Kingdom Leader Lab at Go Away Farm. The term ‘lab’ is an acronym for “leading and balancing”. Galen, Mikki, Terry, and Melani came together to develop a series of equipping materials, tools, and lessons that uniquely merges Galen and Mikki’s 40 years of entrepreneurship, training, and teaching, and Terry and Melani’s 30 years in the church administration and ministry. Together, we feel that KLL is a unique platform for senior pastors and their wives to experience fresh teaching and thinking, the farm, the food, and the fellowship with five other ministry couples. The after-dinner conversations are probably the highlight for me of the entire process. We have been blessed to have worked with many pastors and their wives since 2017 and it has been an experience of a lifetime. Relationships are the currency that KLL has produced.
