Shift
The Wisconsin Hyphen team asked me to present at their annual Hyphen Conference in Mequon, Wisconsin March 4-5, 2022. It was a great group of hyphens in attendance. The presentation centered around “where we are”, “why we are here”, and “what we need to do next”. It was very well accepted. The number of note-takers in the audience was unprecedented for anything I’ve ever done. The Wisconsin Hyphens were serious about “tomorrow”. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them.
3 Biblical Leadership Principles
We have to be careful applying worldly leadership principles to a church. There are millions of leadership links to content that may or may not support the Word of God. We have identified these three biblical principles as foundational to all church leadership.
